Sep 9th 2005, i complete one year in iPass Inc (Unofficially)

March 9th 2006, i officially completed one year in iPass Inc.

May 9th 2006, it has been 1.8 years since i joined iPass, but still i am waiting for my New Offer letter that i am supposed to get after my appraisal, but the wait continues....

When it comes to work; the management don't mind us working Day and Night, but it comes to our appraisal, its late by 2 Months. (i wish i could go to my manager and ask this question... which i don't dare to do)

Every single day i am hoping that i will get my offer letter today... and it keeps getting postponed...

And every time its the same old reason... (Some F**** person in US is busy to process my form and hence its getting delayed)

All i want know is how much of hick am i entitled to get (30% high hopes, 25% ok its good, 20% not bad, 15% its sick, < 15% ok that's it i am out of here)
