In just 3 months, 6 guys from my team have left the company. Heavy work pressure and long work works is making every one in the team go mad. So from 15 guys we are now down to just 9 of them.

At this rate I am sure within another 5 months there will be no left to work on that project.

This mean more work for the remaining guys, until new guys are recruited. Life was already sick, now with this rising attrition, life’s now Hell.

Last week was the worst… I had to make 3 components release in just 5 days. Adding to the work load, I had this dame cold (Thanks to the 4 bottles of Pepsi that I had in a single day last week). 

The time i is used come back from office was like 12, 1 in the early morning, All in all, I was just waiting for the week to end and finally now i am enjoying my week end.
