Yesterday I found that I could update my iPod Touch firmware to the new 3.0 release. It costs me almost 9$.

The update took around 45 Min and at the end everything seems be working smooth as before. Later I uploaded a couple of new songs and decided to go for a walk listening all the new songs that I had just transferred to my iPod.

But something was not write. I switched on my iPod and was walking as usual but soon noticed that the songs are getting changed even before they are complete. At first could not make out the reason for this stranger behavior. I was sure it had something to do with the new firmware upgrade.

The songs kept on changing very randomly and even started to irritate me. I just switched off and completed my walk. Came back home and searched what went wrong to my iPod that was working just fine till yesterday. Then got to know a new feature that's got added to 3.0 release that has "Shake Shuffle", so every time you shake the iPod the song changes, Ok Great and this feature was turned on by Default.

Ha finally turned it off and back to enjoying the music on my iPod again :)

Will i ever be able to play even half of what the kid is playing on the piano

Today was a disaster at the Music class. I had not practiced my keyboard for more than a week now.

I went in to the classroom, sat in front of the keyboard and God i don't remember anything.

I had totally forgotten everything. I forgot where to keep my fingers and I forgot how to read the notes.

It was so embarrassing. It was just not my day.

Hope I can practice before I go again to the class

As I had previous mentioned that I have started going for Keyboard classes.

We have lot of small kinds who also attend the same class and this is about an incident that happened a few days ago.

Our music teacher noticed one of the kid sitting simply with out practicing and then,

Music Teacher: "Why are sitting quite, Why are you not practicing ?"

Kid: "My Father na, My Father did not buy me ice cream. He told he would buy me ice cream, i still did not eat ice cream"

After this every one in the room burst into laughter, listening what the little kid said. The music teacher had to assure him that he would definitely get an ice cream if he continues to practice now...

My keyboard arrived yesterday, its a Casio CTK 710, Black in color.





It burned my pocket for 6200/- including the stand, adapter and bag.

I joined Keyboard classes last Saturday in Jayanagar 7th Phase. Registration fees is 400/- and monthly fee is 600/-. I was no more interested in my previous violin classes for various reasons, So decided to change.

I opted for the weekend classes. Out of 9 Students coming there, it's only 3 Adults, rest of them are all small kids...

I was fun in the first class, Playing music along with such cute kids around. As a beginner we were asked to play some kinder garden Rhymes. More over i need not even carry my keyboard to the classes. Every thing is provided in the class itself. So all you have to go and learn there and come home and practice it.

I still have to go and buy my New Keyboard, that's sure going to burn my pocket.
